Glo Launches 4G LTE Service in Zaria
Glo 4G LTE
Globacom on Tuesday announced the launch of its 4G LTE service which is available nationwide. The launch rolled out in Zaria. Glo has joined the gang of 4G. This after Ntel and MTN but third place isn’t that bad.
On their twitter account Glo reported that the 4G plans will range from N50 to N18,000. This isn’t surprising because as at now Glo offers the cheapest data plans in Nigeria. So if they say their 4G plans will be cheap then I guess it will be. To check if Glo 4G LTE is currently available at your location dial *777#.

Glo 4G-LTE is live in available in Lagos, Abuja, PortHarcourt, Jos, Yola, Zaria, Benin, Warri, Eket and is coming soon to all major cities nationwide. In Lagos it is available in Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Ajah and Akoka.
Surprisingly the 4G LTE plans seem to cost the same as the 3G plans. I said I expected their 4G plans to be cheap right? but did I think it was going to be this cheap? NO! Definitely not.
This looks good. Kudos to Glo.
NTEL and MTN will have to adjust their plans to make them cheaper.
