Google Andromeda OS

Android Police in an exclusive states that Google is planning a new Pixel laptop(Pixel 3/Bison) that will run the Andromeda OS. Andromeda OS is a hybrid OS. It is a fusion of Android and Chrome OS. Chrome  features will be merged into Android so it will be more of an Android laptop than a Chrome. This will be the first device to feature the Andromeda OS

The Pixel 3 laptop is said to be an ultra thin laptop(under 10mm) with 12.3-inch touch-screen. It will also support tablet mode. Whether it will be detachable or will be rotated and bent to take it ti tablet mode is unknown for now.

It appears there could be two models, with one sporting an Intel m3 CPU, 32GB of storage and 8GB of RAM. The higher-end model will feature an i5 CPU, 128GB of storage and 16GB of RAM.

The Pixel 3 should also come along with stylus support, a fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, four microphones, backlit keyboard and 10 hours battery life. The

It is expected to be released in the third quarter of 2017

We await this OS that would be embody two operating systems – Android and Chrome.
